Samsung Washing Machine WF9854RWE Error Code

CHECK THESE POINTS IF YOUR WASHING MACHINE

PROBLEM = Will not start
SOLUTION = • Make sure your washing machine is plugged in.
• Make sure the door is firmly closed.
• Make sure the water source tap(s) are turned on.
• Make sure to press the Start/Pause button.

PROBLEM = Has no water or not enough water
SOLUTION = • Turn the water tap on fully.
• Make sure the water source hose is not frozen.
• Straighten the water intake hoses.
• Clean the filter on the water intake hose.

PROBLEM = Has detergent remaining in the detergent drawer after the wash cycle is complete
SOLUTION = • Make sure your washing machine is running with sufficient water pressure.
• Make sure the detergent is added to the center of the detergent drawer.

PROBLEM = Vibrates or is too noisy
SOLUTION = • Make sure your washing machine is on a level surface. If the surface is not level, adjust the washing machine feet to level the appliance.
• Make sure that the shipping bolts are removed.
• Make sure your washing machine is not touching any other object.
• Make sure the laundry load is balanced.

PROBLEM = The washing machine does not drain and/or spin
SOLUTION = • Straighten the drain hose. Eliminate kinked hoses.
• Make sure the debris filter is not clogged.

PROBLEM = Door is locked shut or will not open.
SOLUTION = • The door will not open until 3 minutes after the machine stops or the power turns off.

SOLUTION = • Clean the debris filter.
• Make sure the drainage hose is installed correctly.

CODE SYMBOL =UE
SOLUTION = • The laundry load is unbalanced. Redistribute the load. If only one item
of clothing needs washing, such as a bathrobe or pair of jeans, the
final spin result might be unsatisfactory and an “UE” error message
will be shown in the display window.

CODE SYMBOL = cE/3E
SOLUTION = • Call the after-sales service.

CODE SYMBOL = SUdS
SOLUTION = • Indicates excessive sudsing.
• Wait until the suds removes.
