ERROR DISPLAY
If you press the START/PAUSE button when an error is displayed, any error except "PE" will disappear and the machine will go into the pause status.
In case of " PE, tE, dE " if the error is not resolved within 20 sec., or the in case of other errors, if the error is not resolved within 4 min., power will be turned off automatically and the error code will blink. But in the case of "FE" power will not be turned off.

ERROR = WATER INLET ERROR
SYMPTOM = IE
CAUSE = Correct water level (246) is not reached within 8 minutes after water is supplied or it does not reach the preset water level within 25 minutes

ERROR = IMBALANCE ERROR
SYMPTOM = UE
CAUSE = The load is too small
The appliance is tilted
Laundry is gathered to one side
Non distributable things are put into the drum

ERROR = DRAIN ERROR
SYMPTOM = 0E
CAUSE = Not fully darained within 10 minutes

ERROR = OVER FLOW ERROR
SYMPTOM = FE
CAUSE = Water is overflowing (water level frequency is over 213)
If "FE" is displayed, the drain pump will operate to drain the water automatically

ERROR = PRESSURE SENSOR ERROR
SYMPTOM = PE
CAUSE = The SENSOR SWITCH ASSEMBLY is out of order

ERROR = DOOR OPEN ERROR
SYMPTOM = dE
CAUSE = Loose electrical connections at door switch and PWB assembly
The DOOR SWITCH ASSEMBLY is out order

ERROR = HEATING ERROR
SYMPTOM = tE
CAUSE = The THERMISTOR is out order

The washing machine cannot drain
Check that filter is not blocked or obstructed
Check drain hose is clear of any blockage or obstruction
Check wiring to drain pump
Check drain pump is not defective
Check level sensor or switch
Check wiring to level sensor

CODE U12
The door is being read as being open
Check door is closed
Check doorlatch etc.
Check door lock
Check wiring
Check electronic controller

CODE U13
An unbalanced load is detected in the washing machine
Check load, sort and restart spin
Check belt if fault persists
Check motor if fault persists

CODE U14
Washing machine fails to fill in twenty minutes
Check mains water pressure
Check inlet hoses for kinks
Check inlet filter
Check water inlet valve
Pressure switch fault
Wiring fault

CODE U18
Pump or drain filter detected as being not secure
Check that filter is secure
Check wiring if fault persists

CODE H01
Pressure sensor or level switch detected as out of range
Check wiring to level sensor
Check pressure switch is not defective
Replace pressure sensor
Replace main power PCB

CODE H04
Short circuit detected on the power relay of the main electronic control board
Check wiring
Replace electronic control PCB

CODE H05
Data not being saved to the electronic controller
Check wiring
Replace electronic control PCB
Check mode B in service mode

CODE H07
Tacho generator signal from motor irregular or out of range
Check wiring to motor tacho
Check motor wiring
Replace motor
Replace electronic control PCB

CODE H09
Communication error between power and display electronic cards
Check wiring between the electronic cards
Check electronic controllers
After this there is no option but to replace either or both cards as it is not possible to acertain which one is faulty on these washing machines.

Check wiring to temperature sensor

Leak detected to base of the washing machine
Check for source of the leak

Abnormal signal from leak detector in base of the washing machine
Check wiring to sensor
Check sensor
Replace main electronic controller is advice from Panasonic

CODE H52
Too high input voltage detected
Check mains electricity supply as this is caused by abnormal mains

CODE H53
Too low voltage input detected
Check mains electricity supply as this is caused by abnormal mains

CODE H55
Abnormal current detected while the main motor is rotating
Replace main drive motor

Error Indication
If the following indications appear on the display panel (buzzer sounds, U and H Characters appear).

U11 = Check if abnormalities listed below are seen in the external water hose.
Is the hose connected?
Is it clogged with lint?
Is it crushed?
Is the tip soaked in water?
RESTART WITH OPENING AND CLOSING THE LID.

U12 = Check if the lid is opened.
Close the lid.

U13 = Is the washing machine is an unsteady position, or is it on an inclined fl oor surface?
Is the laundry unevenly distributed in the tub?
Arrange the laundry evenly in the tub, then close the lid.

U14 = Check if you have forgotten to connect the water hose and to turn on the faucet.
Is the water supply cut off?
RESTART WITH OPENING AND CLOSING THE LID.

U99 = Check if lid is open when draining operation of the [CHILD LOCK] program is ON.
See page 15 for the reset method of an alarm.

H01 = In case of H displays such as “H01”, with no buzzer sounds pull out the power plug, and contact your dealer for service.
